The modular classroom units contain 1,848 s/f each (two assembled sections containing two classrooms each) located at the Chelsea Heights School. Electric heat pump for heating system and air conditioning. Electric is 120/220 Volt; 200 Amp Service. Restroom fixtures include one handicap accessible per classroom with finishes of vinyl tile follor, vinyl walls, T-Bar suspended celotex ceiling, one sink and one toilet. The modulars are in average condition for the age of 23 years for the exterior and interior conditions.
